Using Verifeed
These terms govern access to Verifeed websites and services. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and follow the requirements of your subscription or agreement.

- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
Accounts and access
Your organisation controls access granted to its users. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to Verifeed. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit it.
Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service and may update features, perform maintenance, or suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance, or material breach. Specific service commitments may be set out in a separate agreement.
Intellectual property
Verifeed and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, designs, documentation, and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Liability and responsibilities
Verifeed supports evidence management and decision-making but does not replace independent professional, legal, or certification advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as stated in your applicable service agreement.
