Initial assessment and audit

On-site verification

Annual surveillance audits

3. Terms and Conditions

3.2 Payment Terms

4.1 Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete documentation
Ensure access to facilities and personnel for audit purposes
Implement corrective actions as required
Maintain compliance with certification standards

4.2 Service Provider Responsibilities

Conduct impartial and professional assessments
Provide clear feedback and requirements
Maintain the confidentiality of client information
Issue certificates in a timely manner

5. Term and Termination

This agreement shall remain in effect for three (3) years from the effective date, unless terminated earlier by either party with 30 days� written notice.
